Attendees are not guaranteed to meet Ruby Gettinger or obtain her autograph. E!, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and promotional partners (the "Promotion Entities") accept no responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any voter’s or Attendee’s participation in this promotion, including, without limitation, attendance at the Viewing Party, travel to and from the Viewing Party, or loss or damage to a Viewing Party invitation. In addition, Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, garbled, incomplete or indecipherable e-mail communications due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions or any technical failures of any kind.
